Qualified Electrical Repairs

Our Test & Tag Service

As a safety testing service provider, Testel are able to provide an extensive range of electrical safety tests to identify the source of the problem prior to repairing it. Our Test & Tag process includes:

  • Step 1: We will firstly conduct a visual inspection to ascertain whether the device or appliance is in sound physical condition.
  • Step 2: With a range of electrical testing types, we are able to inspect the item with specialised equipment, designed particularly for this purpose. In many instances, the source of the problem can’t be visually seen and can only be picked up by special equipment.
  • Step 3: We then tag the item to show users it is safe to AS/NZS 3760 Standards and when it will need to be retested.
